Thanks for this.
I agree, randomized groups of 2 questions would work well.

conditions only didn't work for the same reason as the idea we've just tried - the follow-up question would appear in the order it was created, not tied to the main question it was about. So the follow up question to Q1 would appear after the first main Q, regardless of where Q1 was actually (randomly) presented, if that makes sense.

As for the two questions in a single one - the main Q needs to be radio list. The follow up question I had wanted to be slider, but could also be radio list with 5 options if that makes it easier.

I appreciate your help. Image attached to give an idea.

See attached how it would look with your set of questions. It is possible but, frankly, you may need some creative thinking to make it look good

Hmm, thanks.

Think I might have to decide between random questions with no follow up, or non-random with follow up.

Thanks for your suggestions though.

No, I need both :)

Any new suggestions how I can do this?

Just stumbled upon this.

See if you can make any use of it

Thanks. It was looking good until the last para:
When you preview the question (if all has been done correctly) you will see one of your videos randomly. If you refresh the preview it will randomly choose another. Note that random does not guarantee that consecutive loads will display a different video. You may get 2 or 3 or 4 of the same one in a row. Over a reasonable sample size, however, you should get a fairly even distribution.

I think this means that I can't guarantee all 12 different Qs will actually show. It looks like each Q will present a random 1 of the 12. Obviously the chances of it being all 12 are very slim.

But there might be something in it.

I think you will need to use JavaScript to wrap each question/follow-up pair in a div and then randomize the display of those divs.

I'm on the road so can't give a snippet but searching the forum and workarounds should give some hints.
