TOPIC: Create sub groups for questions

Create sub groups for questions 3 years 2 months ago #64560

Hi,

i'm setting up a questionnaire and it would be usefull to set up sub groups for questions. Now you an only link questions to a subgroup.

furthermore, there is a subset of questions that i want to re-use for about 60 statements. Can these question subsets be copied or do they need to be recreated for each statement.

please advise

Hmmm, I am not quite sure if I understand you. You want subgroups for questions. That could be a group of different questions, or a group of items within a question.

You can copy question groups or you can copy questions.
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

There is no copy function for groups. You will need to export and then import.

Ohh, sorry. I was quite sure that it was possible to copy groups. But I was wrong. However, you can always export a group and import it again. This should do the trick I think.
