Can I disqualify participants from continuing the survey based on a condition?

Say I am looking for smokers 18+ only.
And someone says they are a non-smoker or <18 can I disqualify them from the survey?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

You can use conditions to hide all subsequent questions or quotas to bounce them out of the survey.

Please read the docs - you can display a message with quotas or use conditions to display a boilerplate (text display) question.
