Hello, I have alternating array and long text questions. I would like to put a horizontal line after each long text box. Is there a way to do this in the template so each time long text question occurs a horizontal line will be under it?

Easiest thing would be to use some javascript that does it - provided you can code Javascript.

Or, depending on the template, you could use CSS to add a bottom border to all long-text questions.
