Is it possible to activate a survey using command line?
If so, how?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

All is possible in command line.

Set yoursurveydatabase.lime_survey.XXXX.active to Y

ANd create the yoursurveydatabase.lime_survey_XXXX like LS do.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
