Hi,

is it possible to disable all the sending stuff? I just want the user to select predefined questions which gives them conditional answers. It should be like FAQ, but with step by step questions and not a list of questions.

Something like Google uses at the bottom of this page.

I don't get what you mean with "sending stuff". Please be more precise.

Ideally you show as an example.
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

Sorry, It's hard to explain. So I posted a link which is stripped out of the post.

The survey should always end in boilerplate questions just showing a solution to the questionnaire. I don't want to send the selected questions be send by mail or stored in the database.

It's something like that:

What's your Problem?
A1. I've no problems, I'm fine.
A2. I fell sick.

Answer for selection A1:
You don't need any assistance. Have a nice day.

Answer for selection A2:
How long do you feel sick?
B1. For some weeks.
B2. Since some minutes.

Answer for selection B1:
Hey, just go to the doctor.

Answer for selection B2:
Just wait a moment, have walk and see if you feel better.

That's all. Maybe LimeSurvey is the wrong tool, but I haven't found anything for my needs. I don't want a survey where I get results.

Thanks in advance

Willi

You mentioned in your first post - conditional answers.

I think that conditions for questions should do the trick.
Have you checked description of conditions in the documentation?

If not here is the link docs.limesurvey.org/Setting+conditions&s...tions+for+LimeSurvey

Sorry for confusing. I'm using the boilerplate question as the last answer. It's working. But it should be the last step and the user shouldn't be able the send the survey. He just should read the last boilerplate question (as the answer for the questionnaire) and be happy with that ;-)

I never want results or statistics. Is it possible? Or at least a conditional „sending“ after the question:
Was the answer helpful? Yes/No.

When the user selects yes, the survey should end without the possibility to send.

If you don't want submitted results you could hide the submit button with CSS but that may lead to problems with other users taking the survey on the same computer (the session would remain active for some period).

Why not just let them submit and ignore the data? You don't need to send notifications to either admin or respondent.

Thanks for your answers. The Assessments are interesting but it seems to make it more complicated to build the tree structure, but maybe we come to a case where it is necessary.
