I'd like to use this program as an application --- Fill in your information etc

I need to have it NOT say SURVEY ---
ie on the email notification
Load a previously saved survey
or the title of the pages etc

Can I do this?

Also - if thats possible - can i edit the header / footer to look like the base website?

LimeSurvey is template based so you can create your own - docs.limesurvey.org/The+template+editor&...tions+for+LimeSurvey

I was able to change it with the language editor everywhere BUT the page title

ie it still says SURVEY: in the header of an html document it would be <title></title>

can someone help me find this please
