I can get survey resposes in excel, pdf, word formats but I need to get responses in my survey design with responses for reporting. Is there a possible way to do that?

If yes then use the "# Participants may print answers? " functionnality

Thanks for your reply but "Participants may print answers?" functionalty or "pdf export button" doesn't solve my problem.These functionalties are disturbing page design. I want participants can get or print answers in survey template.
