Hello,

i have a survey with a Multiple choice question. One "other"-field isn't a problem, but i need something like this:

Question?

- Answer 1
- Answer 2: [other field]
- Answer 3
- Answer 4
- Answer 5: [other field]

I hope anyone can help me.

Now I have the next problem with this type of question. I have to make the "other"-fields Mandatory. I have not found a workaround.

I hope you know a solution.

You'll have to write your own Javascript validation function. There are also some examples for this at manual -> workarounds -> javascript.

Maybe searching the forum will also lead to further results.
