Hi.

Is it possible to display an overview off the answers for the user on the last page?

You can use a text-display question and INSERTANS.

"New questiontype" always causes fear when thinking of all the places you have to implement the new QT.
Better create a new question attribute like "answersummary" for the boilerplate questions.
