Can you do this?

Would like to create both online and paper surveys. We need to be able to scan and import the paper surveys into LimeSurvey. Is this possible and if so where can I find documentation?

Do you know of anyone who has used LimeSurvey with paper surveys? I would like to get some references to determine if LimeSurvey could be suitable for us.

I am interested in know what kind of scanning hardware can be used to import paper surveys into LimeSurvey etc.
