I am a newbie, and used to PHPSurveyor. I want to customize the Invitation Email, and retain it along with the survey. I don't see any icon for saving the changes. I have found that I can edit the invitation, and immediately send it, and it will be sent as I've edited it. However, the next time I go back in, it is the default invitation email, and not what I last used. What am I missing?

It depends on where you amended the template.

I assume you are on the latest version of Limesurvey. Did you click on token management, then edit e-mail templates? or did you click on send e-mail invitation and amend the text at that point?

The edit e-mail template is the button beside the send e-mail invitation one. You amend the wording and then click SAVE at the bottom
