You mean in the tokens table you want to have more information stored about the respondent?
This comes out of the box in Limesurvey, at least in the latest versions (I don't know when this was implemented).
Go to the token management. There is a symbol (should be the 5th from the left) that has a papersheet and a hammer and some other tool I don't know the English word for.
There you can add attributes and save them. Then when you open the add new token entry dialogue those attribute fields appear.

As you can see a little further down that page, you can also import those new attribute fields via csv.
