Scenario:

An evaluator wants to conduct a follow-up survey of conference attendees. The sessions of the conference were varied in topic, content, and objectives.

The evaluator needs to design questions related to each one of the sessions. The evaluator panics when she realizes that, for example, individual A attended sessions 1, 2, 15, and 23; and and that individual B attended sessions 3, 4, 15, and 17,

She wants to do ONE survey which includes questions related to all sessions of the conference.

problem: Is it possible to create a survey which includes questions related to all sessions of the conference, but that when individual A receives the invitation to participate she/he sees only the questions related to the sessions she/he attended? {i.e., that Individual A can see the questions for session 1, 2, 15, and 23 only.]

This is possible. However, depending on the circumstances it can be quite complicated to set up.

First of all, it would be important to know how the information about which sessions were attended is passed on to Limesurvey. If the respondent could mark the sessions attended in a multiple options question, this would be pretty easy to set up. It might be a little work though to apply all the conditions to the questions.

When you want to pass on the sessions attended already via the link, this gets a little more complicated.
