Not all mouse overs working was created by dmw3

After updating to the latest version, I have just noticed with the updated Lime Survey is that when you hold your cursor over an icon, a label no longer appears to inform you of the function of that icon (used to in the previous version)

Last git version, it's here.

But maybe some browser cache issue

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
