This is a feature request.

Problem:
* users don't necessarily know how to set read/view permissions
* users don't necessarily want to set read/view permissions
* the survey administrator (me) needs to keep an eye on the content of the surveys
* lots of surveys - hand setting everything by myself is time consuming
* there is no possibility to globally allow certain users to read the contents of surveys (super-administrator gives too much power, so this is not an option)

It would be nice if one could set a global user group (groups) what:
* would be added by default to surveys of certain users (or user groups)
* had predefined survey permissions that would override the survey permissions set by survey creators
