I was wondering if anyone knows how I can hyperlink or add a comment/info box to answers on a ranking question. I run lots of activities and when people are selecting them I want them to be able to see a small explanation box appear. I am currently running LimeSurvey Version 2.00+ Build 130122

You can use HTML in the answer boxes. So just create your info boxes and insert the html in the answer text boxes.

Well, this has actually nothing to do with Limesurvey. You need to find out how you want to create the information boxes with HTML, CSS and Javascript and insert this then in the answer boxes.
