I need to change the question helptext, the phrasing on the buttons and so on. Where do I do that?

Would really appreciate a fast response as I have to change this by tomorrow morgning...

Best is to use your own translation. You can copy po/mo files from translate.limesurvey.org.
Alternative is to this in javascript
Last alternative : doing it in the code itself (but don't update).
