1.) Before you ask any questions please make sure that you followed the instructions in the manual. You can find it under http://docs.limesurvey.org/. It is even available in several languages. So please, please, pretty please - read it!
If you have done everything exactly as it is written in this manual and you still have problems or questions you are welcome to proceed to step 2!
2.) Search the forums and the bugtracker!
Oh well.. there might have been already some poor soul fighting the same problems as you do - and got it answered already! Wouldn't it be great to search for this answer - so you don't have to wait for some stressed out supporter who will only post a link to that answer with some grumpy remarks!
If you did not find your answer then proceed to step 3!
3.) Ask us - but give us alot of detailed information, too!
Yes! Ask us.. but don't forget that we can't look at your monitor so you will have to explain what issue do you have in detail, what version and build do you use, what you already tried and what your server environment looks like. You'll find the build number in the footer of your LimeSurvey admin interfance, in LimeSurvey 1.92 and above it's simply the release date of the build.Don't expect help if you are not willing to provide this essential information.
4.) If its a bug - submit it to the bugtracker
If you are sure it's a bug then please submit it to the bugtracker.
Thank you very much and have a great day!
