I suggest using Twitter Bootstrap as the frontend framework moving forward with themes.

The framework was built by twitter using cssless (verekia.com/less-css/dont-read-less-css-...ial-highly-addictive), css3, html5 to work with in all modern browsers including mobile versions. It supports a 12-column grid and is responsive being able to adapt to the browsers screen size as well as orientation.

In the long run all those old and poorly structured shipped templates have to be replaced because they are really outdated.
So if someone can offer a bootstrap or Skeleton template and will help us to keep it up to date, we are happy to add it to Limesurvey 2.

Denis has done this with one of his templates and our users really love it. So if you want to contribute to Limesurvey, sharing a professional template is one way.

Leave this to template and not for core.

And because those classes are generated by jquery ui, well the only workarround i found for bootstrap was this

but is something like what actually people is doing in the template.css files by overwritting jquery css styles

in the other hand the jquery mobile themes look pretty good too (radio n toggle buttons look really good here)

You can adapat bootstrap css for every web page if you want.
