Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a survey in English.
2. Add at least one additional language, say French.
3. All is well until this point.
4. Go to
Survey Properties >
Assessments.
5. Fill in details for English and French assessments.
6. Click Save.
7. Boom! Error!
8. Going back to the Assessments page shows English assessment saved correctly, and French assessment with values exactly same as in English one.
The same error can be reproduced by trying to add an additional language to a survey (on
Survey Properties >
General Settings)
after creating English assessment.
