Hopefully you have some advice.
We have a study with 3 measurements (baseline, end of treatment, follow-up).
By mistake we have chosen 'anonymity' settings for the baseline questionnaire, not for the End of Treatment (EoT) and follow-up (FU).
So now we are able to link the EoT and FU, but so far haven't been able to link them to baseline which is necessary to observe treatment effect.
Does anyone know if there is a way to discover the required data from the baseline survey to be able to link them to the other two?
