The survey was set-up and invitation email sent to the participatants (actually myself for testing). When the participants clicked on the embedded url (with token) to do the survey, the following error message displayed. I am wondering what went wrong.

CDbDataReader and its behaviors do not have a method or closure named "RowCount".

I am using 25 Oct build on xampp and use localhost at the moment. Appreciate any help.
