Hi,

I hope you can help...

I am having error importing a survey (that I am hoping to reuse over and over and that I exported and saved as a csv file).

I get the following message:


Error
An error occurred uploading your file. This may be caused by incorrect permissions in your E:wwwrootcriblimesurveytmp folder.


I am using version 1.52 which is what is available at my school. Could this be the problem?

The error messages says, that you are not allowed to write files into the /tmp-directory due missing permissions ==> Check the directory permissions!

Have you been able to solve your problem? If so, how did you solve it? Any kind of feedback is always appreciated so we know which solution helps best to solve common problems.

I have also had this issue and I solved it by not using my Mac's textedit program but notepad that comes with windows... I made the same changes on the .csv file and only the windows version uploaded without a hitch. Go figure!
