The questionnaire is anonymous.
Saving your answers contains no identifying information about you, unless you question has been raised in this direction. If you have answered a questionnaire using invitations, you can be assured (e) the code of the invitation was not registered with your reply. Invitations are managed in a separate database that is updated as to indicate whether or not you have used your invitation to complete the questionnaire. There is no way to link the invitations and responses recorded for this questionnaire.
