in this period I'm receiving several surveys and I have founded some problems:

1) There is a strange situation where I can see on the same time both partial and definitive survey closing (see attachment picture). I know It's not possible but it happened.

2) In many times users are not able to re-open his own survey to complete it. Is there a limited times to re-open a survey ?
Why can I lost the right link ?

Different behavior I saw but I don't know if relevant:

In this cases most of times the user who received the invite to fill the survey has forwarded that one to one of his collegues that open the survey and the saved it as partially populated.
Is that one a lackness or it could be related to this problems.

Some reference url of this events are very long instead of the standard one that sounds like "Locally sended".
