I wonder if it is possible to display survey data (from mysql) on other web pages (same web and mysql server / different directory).
I was thinking of some kind of module which would read and display how many surveys people have submitted via limesurvey.
I find this interesting for web visitors to see how interesting or successful is specific survey
Has anyone worked in this direction?

This isn't possible yet. There will be a new 1.8 release. Do you think you can code something like this for the new release or are you willing to donate to implement this?
