After I have used the installer and tried to run the program,

I get this error message

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6144 bytes) in C:wampwwwlimesurveycakelibsviewhelperssession.php on line 60

on

localhost/limesurvey/index.php/users/welcome

any help ?

LS2 is still in development. Therefore we can't give any support yet.

Perhaps you can contact c_schmitz in IRC. If he has got some time he might help you with this.

I tried to install it and had the same issue. You need to update the php.ini file. Look for a default parameter saying:

memory_limit = 8M;

and change it to:

memory_limit = 12M;

Then restart Apache and should work then.

Any ideas why 8M of memory isn't enough for installing LS2?
