Hi!
Im testing LimeSurvey 1.70+ (4648).
It is running on a Novell Netware 6.5 SP7 that run:
- Apache 2.0.59
- PHP 5.0.5
- MySQL 5.0.45
I know this is a very unusual server to use, but it runs web-appications very stable. I'm just testing LimeSurvey but i experienced problem during creating users in LimeSurvey. I enter new user and if å click create user, then the whole server reboots. I dont know is this is a MySQL-problem or PHP-problem.
MySQL is run in safe; mysqld_safe
I use LimeSurvey internal user-acount-database and not LDAP-auth.
Bug in code?

I have never heard of this problem before. I'm quite sure this isn't a bug. Nevertheless you can open a ticket at the bugtracker and attach your survey so that we can try to reproduce the error.
Can you turn debug mode on (copy the parameter from config-defaults.php to config.php and set it to "1" and see if there are any error messages?
Can you check your server log for errors, too?
