I am using the email notification option upon the submission of a survey. I would like to change the content of the email that is delivered once a survey has been completed.
How do I change the email content to eliminate the existing links and add my own custom content?

All email templates are changed by following the 'Active/Edit Tokens' button from the admin screen.
If you selected to use email notification on submission you should have been prompted to create a token table so the above button should be available to you.

I think the email notification option upon the submission of a survey can't be changed at the "Edit Email Templates" page.
Maybe you can change the text by editing the translation (search forum for this).

Is this right? Are we talking about the same email confirmation email content I wonder? .... as accessed at: admin/admin.php?action=tokens&sid=xxxxx&subaction=emailsettings

The email messages to a survey participants can be changed (use "Edit Email Templates" in the Tokens-Menu), but not the admin email notifications.
For admin email notifications only the level of informations can be changed at the survey details: Off / Basic / Detailed

Theoretically this is possible by commenting out the function within the source code. The problem is that you have to find it
