[done] Is there a way to use one tonken many times 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi guys
Is it possible to use like the token system to "password protect" a survey.
If i want to create a group of mini surveys but for example only want one of them to be completed by people who know a pin number or "token" that i can post in a forum, is that possible.
I have searched the forum and documentation but can find no reference. Im sure there must have been others who is not able to register individuals?

Thanks guys for any help you can offer.
At the moment the only thing i can think is to not list the survey publicly and post the direct url which i would prefer not to do.

This is not a solution within Limesurvey.

But why don't you ask for the code with a normal form and if the code is correct you give access to the questionaire, if not, the person is not granted access?

A more detailed solution:

1. Create a short text question first
2. Create the other questions
3. Use conditions on all the other question. You can use regular expressions to validate the string entered at the short text question. Just validate a certain password. If the password is correct the following questions are shown.
4. Create a boilerplate question which just says "invalid password" which is shown if the user entered a wrong password.
