Hi all,
a test user is not able to find again his survey also if saved it before.
This is the message and link to come back to the survey in progress.
Thank you for saving your survey in progress. The following details can be used to return to this survey and continue where you left off. Please keep this e-mail for your reference - we cannot retrieve the password for you.

Reload your survey by clicking on the following link (or pasting it into your browser)::
If the user try to come back to survey, system says that there is not a saved survey with this name and password.
How can I fix this problem and leave the user to finish his survey data entry ?

Which version and build of LimeSurvey do you use?
Can you create a test survey and try to reproduce the error?
