It's all in the manual. Some hints:
- Question Types
- Question Attributes
- Setting Conditions

no sorry the graph above doesn't make much sense

the respondant has to choose between english and german and french, and then, next to his choice, he has to fill in how much the activity is worth.

Now he has to do this for about 15 activities. (each time choice of language, each time for the same activity he needs to add what it's worth)
I still can't find how to do it and i've gone through the question types etc

1. Create a radio question (language).
2. Create a numerical input question (worth)
3. Export both questions as .csv file
4. Click on "create new question"
5. Don't enter anything but import question 1
6. Repeat step 4 but import question 2.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 until you have 2 x 15 questions
8. Edit the question text so you can ask for 15 items

How about
Q1 radio list with flexible labels (language names)
{} German
{} English
{} French

Q2 multiple numeric type
Activity 1 _______
Activity 2 _______
Activity 3 _______
Activity 4 _______

Copy the questions as often as needed.

Not sure what the catch is. Are you wanting to display currency symbols appropriate to the chosen language? Then make three of Q2, in each case setting a different currency symbol as prefix/suffix for the answers. Make the german Q2 conditional on Q1 answer = German, english Q2 conditional on Q1 = English, etc. so that only the appropriate one of the three Q2 copies shows up.

Regards.

Hey guys thanks but is not really working out. Haven't really understood how to export 2 questions and import them again into one. how do I export to a .csv file? I know this must sound soooo amateur-like!!!!
once again:

.............French.....English....German......Worth
Activity 1....x................................€1,000
Activity 2................x....................€2,000
Activity 3................x....................€ 300
Activity 4...........................x.........€ 800
Activity 5................x....................€5,000
Activity 6...........................x.........€1,500

So i need a combination of Array (flexible labels) and a numerical input!

This question type isn't available. Therefore you have to split it up into two questions, language and worth.
You can't export two questions and merge them into one when importing. After export/import you have a copy of a question. If you want to rank 15 activities you need 15 questions of a) language AND b) worth.

Futhermore you can use conditions so that question b) is shown after the user picked a language at question a). This way your survey is more interactive. Please check out manual -> Setting a condition. Importing/Exporting questions is also described in the manual. You might find additional information by searching the forum, too.
