can I ask the following question:
only ask Q3 if Q1 = yes OR Q2 = yes
I am pretty sure I cannot but just wondered. It seems a condition with multiple questions can only use the AND factor

I think you are right.
We are trying to improve the condition feature but this requires a lot of effort and we do it all in our free time.
