Not sure if either this is the right place to put this or if I am unique -- but I noticed a significant slowing in the edit process (for either group or question) after updating to Windows XP SP3. Anyone else experiencing this?

Do you run your limesurvey installation locally on your XP (with Xampp for windows or something), or is it just your internet browser that works slow?

I downloaded SP3 yesterday and didn´t notice that. I use FF 2.0.0.14, and XP SP3.

No, it's remote. Actually, I've noticed it runs faster than before on IE 7 (after SP3) and much slower than before on Opera 9.27 / Firefox 2.0.0.14. It's the only change I can think of that would have impacted all browsers. I'll keep digging... as I said, it's very well likely it's just me.

BTW - only seems to affect pages that load the editor user interface (not sure what to call it -- the tools that let you markup text without digging into HTML code).

Did you solve the problem? No other users have complained about this so far.
