Hello!

My survey has one question, and the participants register for it expecting a response from me. I've made it public to capture their name and email (so I can respond to them), but is it possible to bypass the confirmation email? I really want this to be simple for my visitors, and what would be ideal is if they register their name and email address, click "Continue", and are taken directly to the survey, rather than a page that tells them to go check their email for a confirmation link.

Can LimeSurvey do this?

To my knowledge this isn't possible. Nevertheless I recommend to search the forum. Other users have had similiar questions before, maybe they have found a solution.

Okay.. another question.

It seems at this point, I cannot bypass the confirmation email option. So in lieu of that, I would like to edit the registration page TEXT and insert my own message. Can I do this?

I have been perusing the Template Editor, but I can't find where I can edit the TEXT on the registration page. I changed colors, etc., but can't find the text.

Can anyone direct me on this, so I can personalize the text on that page?

In the "register.pstpl" file, I found ">{REGISTERMESSAGE2}".

Wiero, you're a genius. That solved all my problems. They don't have to register so there's no confirmation email going out, and they can fill out all the information on one page which is perfect!

OH NO!!! Why would my survey link go straight to my confirmation URL and completely skip the survey!! No no no!!! The link LOOKS right! What happened?

Okay, I have NO idea what happened. I did a test from my website, and it worked perfect. Went straight to the survey, wala!

Now it goes to the "Thank you" confirmation page. No survey!

Also, on my first test run, I received THREE admin notification emails for the completed survey.

Any ideas?
