Does anyone know how to change the export function in OpenOffice, that it does not put commas all over the place and puts "" around the numbers? Right now I am doing it quasi-manually with replace option, but it is rather cumbersome at a 20 language 40 questions survey.

The administrator has disabled public write access.
I found the solution for the numbers: if you change the format of the whole spreadsheet to plain text in OpenOffice, than it puts quotation marks around the numbers as well. For the commas, I still have no clue.
