I have a problem with a survey that only 69 tokens are marked with a completed "Y" but I have 72 completed results.. WHat is going on?

Maybe some surveys are only partly completed meaning the user didn't fill out everything?

I don't think that quite answers the problem The survey software says 72 completed results and xx incomplete results. I can retrieve 72 data lines. However, there are only 69 records marked completed in the token file.

Do you use conditions?

Are there any users who used the "save and return later" option?

Are you using group-by-group or question-by-question mode? There might be an error, see 02193: Group by group and question by question mode do not save completion

i had a same problem. in my situation users had to insert the token into the index.php?sid=xxxxx page and they did it by select->copy->paste and for several tokens people copied token with whitespace and pasted it. they were able to complete the survey but in limesurvey we could not see that.

i don't know if you have similar circumstanes but i think that might help. the solution is to trim token column in survey_xxxxx databease table.
