Newbie here. Can multiple admins work on a survey at the same time? Or can each admin work on a portion of the survey, and then combine questions later? We're trying to divvy up a lot of work among several people. Thanks.

Why don't you just try it? Of course several people can work on the same survey. However, I would make sure that everyone takes an other part of the survey, so there is no interference on the same question. Additionally create first things like scales, etc. so not everyone creates his own.
