Hi all,
I want to do a survey with many side by side questions. That means questions where I ask the participants to rate the importance of a feature (1-5) and their satisfaction (1-5) with a current solution. I only found the "Array (5 Point choice)" which fits to importance and also satisfaction but is not doable in one question, right? Do you know a possibility how I can get this request done or where in the scripts the question types are programmed and where it could be possible to modify them?

Use the question type "Dual Scale Matrix" (it's available since LimeSurvey v1.7x) and also have a look at the according question attributes to get better results!

I tried the question-type "Dual Matrix", which works fine, but how do I get one array on each side of the answer?

I've been searching the documentation and forum for clues with limited success.

Is it possible to do that at all?

Change of qanda.php?

Sorry, that's not possible; you can't change the layout to have one matrix to the left and one to the right.
