[done] Difference 'No Answer' and 'Non completed' 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I have a mandatory Yes/No question. (no answer was not an option)

my results show:
No answer = count 8
Yes = count 62
No = count 27
Non completed = count 6

My question is the difference between 'No answer' and 'Non completed'?
Should the count have been the same for both?

Thanks
John

Not completed: Users, who didn't fill out your survey until the end.

thanks for the response Elmatador69

Whats confusing me is the number of 'No answers' to a mandatory question, even with the number of 'Non completed'

I have the same question. All my questions have been set to "Mandatory=Yes" and when I test the question, I can't get past it when I do not answer it, but when I look at results I see the followin:

No answer 41 34.17%
Conservative (a) 21 17.50%
Liberal (b) 26 21.67%
One of the Others (c) 32 26.67%
Non completed 0 0

If you set it as mandatory, then the 'no answer' is the same as 'non completed': if you have more than one question you will see the row of responses terminating with the unanswered question, however the distinction becomes important when you actually do give the option to the respondents as some might have responded to all but the one question.
