I ran a survey and some respondents mentioned an error:


FOUT
Tot onze spijt is uw sessie verlopen.
Of u bent te lang inactief geweest, of u heeft cookies geweigerd in uw browser, of er waren problemen met uw verbinding.
Neem contact op met JK Veenstra voor hulp.



Translation:

Sorry your session is expires. Or you have been inactive for to long, or you refused cookies, or there are problems with your connenction.


The user does accept cookies and has a proper connection.

In what curcumstances is this error activated? When is a session expired?

The use of cookies in the survey is turned off.

1. Which version and build of Limesurvey do you use?

2. Can you check if this problem only happens with certain browsers?

3. Does the error also occur when cleaning the cache/sessions before starting the survey?

1. I use 1.72

2. If have to check this with the users (who I don't personally know).

I wil try to reproduce this myself when i have extra info of the users.
