Hi--
We have a pretty high-profile survey that has been created and distributed and have now discovered upon downloading results that the results are being reported in the wrong columns and/or incorrect data is being recorded.
Has anyone ever seen this?
The columns reporting errors are consistently the same, and happens primarily with columns that have conditions set upon one of the answers (but not all).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, on my knowledge there was a bug, which has been fixed in one of the latest stable plus releases ==> an upgrade to the latest version should fix your problem.

Thanks for your response. We'll need to update as we're currently running version 1.70+.
However, I found that reformating 3 questions in the 20-question survey (see attached copy of question format that was problematic) rectified the situation and the reporting is working fine.
