A simple 5 question survey, activated, doesn't show up. When going to the survey itself, the message "No available surveys" appears. The survey tests A-OK.

Using version Version 1.71+ (5326)

Perhaps I don't understand enough about creating one, and having read through the Help files find them confusing as I don't understand Group or why there would be one. That aside, I can't information on why a Survey doesn't show up, when activated.

1) give us the link to your test survey.
2) If you are looking for your survey at the generic front page, did you set the parameter "List survey publicly" for your survey in the survey details?

BTW, not sure where to report this but the page Donators are sent to at PayPal is in German (I think it's German). I had a hard time figuring out what to do next.

Remote problem, local fine with survey. Running a slightly modified 7.04 ubuntu using the packages available in the official repo's for php 5.2.1. Can get active surveys to show but Next> on index keeps refreshing back to available survey page without initiating the survey. Have played with it locally no issues and no extensions like suhosin in place. I found this software 2 days ago and very impressed, just want to implement it. Thanks for any help.

I think I see what happened. When I posted the topic, I was in English part of site. When I received a email announcing that there was a reply to my question, I clicked the link in email that took me to the German one because the reply came from the German side of the board. Then without my noticing I was in German side, I clicked Donate and ended up in German PayPal.

The email notifying my of your reply, takes me to German Limesurvey board, but when I log in and use the English side, everything is OK.

I think it all comes down to who replied from what language on the board.

I just need to remember to switch languages from email links.

As for the survey, it works great now, well, I turned it into a Petition.
