For some strange reason when I try and do an export to excel I am not given the option to export any email, token, firstname, lastname, attribute1 or attribute2.
I have never had this happen before is there something I am missing???

crap I thought that may be the problem.
Is there any way to now connect the responses to the attributes? Are they stored at all in the database or is it totally lost?

Tokens and responses are stored in different tables and if your survey is anonymous there is NO way to connect them, else the survey wouldn't be anonymous.
